ORDINANCE NO. 2011-26 SUMMARY
The following Ordinance of the Township of Lakewood, authorizes the special emergency appropriation, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-53, of the sum of $1,116,000 for contractually required severance liabilities resulting from the layoff or retirement of Township employees.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance, having been introduced on first reading on Thursday, May 12, 2011, was duly passed on final reading at a regular meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood in the County of Ocean on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at the Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey.
