ORDINANCE NO. 2011-33 SUMMARY
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-1, et seq., the following Ordinance of the Township of Lakewood authorizes the Township to vacate all of the right, title and interest of and to the public, if any, to a portion of Lafayette Boulevard, between Carlton Avenue South and Thorndike Avenue, as further outlined by description contained in this Ordinance, which referred to portion is a paper street and remains unimproved, and is not needed for public road purposes.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance, having been introduced on first reading on Thursday, May 12, 2011, was duly passed on final reading at a regular meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood in the County of Ocean on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at the Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey.
